Summary: Nice room; good service. But some problems with the condition of our room (003). Power went out the first night due to the circuit breaker; water dripping from the bathroom ceiling on night two.

Summary: Excellent location, walking distance to all the hot spot yet away from the old town noises. Staff was super nice and helpful, responding fast to all requests. On the third night of our stay I found a few ants on the floor, front desk staff helped me changed to another room immediately. I understand ants are not harmful, but it's not a pleasant feeling to see them in a hotel room! Plus, we didn't eat anything or left food in the room. Maybe the cleaning job needs to be done more thoroughly. Over all it was a good stay.

Summary: This is one of the best hotels i’ve stayed at, particularly because of the attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful, and everything was perfect in the room. Room service is good, and beds really comfortable.

Summary: Wonderful location tucked away from the busy streets of the OldTown Best shower water pressure! Steam room and sans a bonus Hotel is about 10 years old but looks like only one or less. Extremely well maintained Nicol in the breakfast section was so so amazing with a wonderful sense of humour She should be doing standup comedy !
